FTS requires a security certificate for your web browser
The Fingerprint Transmission System now requires a secure Internet connection.
If you have not already installed the MSDH Certificate Authority and Security Certificate on your computer, please do so before proceeding.
After installation, you may continue to FTS. Installation requires two steps.
