Mississippi is at the forefront of pre-hospital care in the nation.

This is partly due to the data collection and research performed by Mississippi State Department Health - Bureau of Emergency Medical Services. This information is made available to Emergency Medical Services in the form of the Annual Report and various research reports. Information is also extended to other interested states across the nation.
