Programs & Services

Home Health Services
Home Health services are available on a part time basis to homebound patients, those under the care of a physician, and those who require intermittent nursing or various types of therapeutic care.

Among the services we offer are:

  • Skilled Nursing
  • Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy
  • Patient Equipment and Medical Supplies
  • Medical Social Services
  • Laboratory Services
  • Diet and Nutritional Counseling

Qualifying for Home Health
We accept referrals for services in compliance with Medicare, Medicaid and as one of the low cost providers in the state. We also provide services to the Veteran's Administration, private insurers and self-pay patients.

When services are not available directly through the state's public health agency, agency social workers will explore every possible resource in an effort to meet each patient's health and social needs. Home Health is just a part of the comprehensive care patients and their families might need.
