Limits of Coverage
The Dental Corrections Program will pay the provider for dental services according to the Medicaid Fee Schedule.
If a child's treatment requires hospitalization or an outpatient surgical facility and general anesthesia,
the Program can assist with these expenses. Based on family size and income, a child may qualify for full assistance
(100% of expenses) or partial assistance (75%, 50% or less).
The Dental Corrections program does not cover any orthodontic procedures. When
some third-party assistance is available (Medicaid, for example), the Program will not consider paying for treatment
exceeding the limits of that coverage.
