Request for Public Comment: MCH Block Grant Application

The Maternal and Child Health State grants assist the State in maintaining and strengthening its effort to improve the health of all mothers, infants and children, including children with special health care needs. MSDH solicits public input to maximize the opportunity for residents and community leaders to make comments and discuss their concerns.

The MSDH Office of Health Services invites all interested parties to attend the 3rd Annual Empowering Communities for a Healthy Mississippi Summit, May 21-23, in Jackson, or visit their nearest district public health office/community health center for additional information or to submit commentary. Please submit comments by June 30, 2008.
