You can order birth certificates, death certificates and marriage records on-line, by mail, phone or in person by visiting our Jackson office.

Birth certificates cost $15, with a $5 fee for additional copies of the same record.

The MSDH Vital Records division maintains birth and death records from November, 1912. Records prior to 1912 may be obtained from the State Department of Archives and History.
