Registration "new"
Contact the Division of On-site Wastewater: give us your name, address and telephone information. We will mail you a copy of the registration requirements and an Application. Submit the completed Application with a separate list of "new" product(s) you wish to register and review fee ($250.00) to the Division.
Registration "renewal"
The Application for renewal will be mailed to you (annually) sixty (60) days prior to expiration December 31.
